I can't believe I haven't written about my new car in here yet
Well it has been awhile since I've written in here. Last week on Thursday October 21, 2004. If you haven't heard already it is a '97 Pontiac Sunfire, white, with power windows/locks, cd player, and sunroof. I love my baby. I've even named it, its name is Sassy, she is a girl. I feel like an idiot sometimes calling my car my baby. But I know I'm not alone, Hillary also named her car. Her car's name is Archie. We think possibly our cars could be soulmates. LOL.
On the October 22, 2004, we went to a haunted house at the Stark County fairgrounds. It was quite amusing. It was better than the one we went to last year and we got into 2 houses for $12, but they were really more like one when you went through them. Romi was my strong protector to make sure none of the monsters got me. I must say that Romi did an excellant job!!! Except for when he told the people my name and started following through the house going KATIE, KATIE, KATIE don't you want to play with me. Other than that he did a great job!!! After the haunted house we went to Starbucks and just chilled. Gabby and I took Chikin's hacky sac and made him wonder who had it. At one point at Starbucks Gabby and I got into my car drove away to make him think we left with his hacky sac. But at the end of the night we gave it back to him. Once we were done at Starbucks we came back to my house for a little while. Then all left earlier than they had to because I had the ACT the next day and I needed to get my sleep for it. I HATE TAKING STANDARDIZED TEST. So the night was fun. I'm to miss all the good times I had with my high schools buddies, once we have all gone to college next year.
ACT on the 23rd and I think I did better this time then I did last time(yay). So hopefully I don't have to take it again. Then that evening I went to the football game against McKinley, which we lost no surprise! We lost 49-14, I think. I left with Grace 6 minutes before the game was over to beat the crowd out of the parking lot. Which I must say we did successfully. Then we came to my house to get my baby because my parents didn't want me driving it to McKinley. So I come home and get it and we go to Walmart and just kill time till the band gets back to the high school and them meet at IHOP. Which was fun with Janessa, Gabby, Seth, Grace, and another kid, I can't remember his name. But Seth made an interesting comment referring to the strawberry syrup. I don't think we will forget this comment and none of us will look at strawberry syrup the same way. So I know now that you are just dying to know what Seth's comment was, so here it is, "ITS A PERIOD IN A BOTTLE" we all just lost it then. After that we stayed a little bit longer and then we all called it a night!
Tonight I got to try out modeling for a potential career. I was the model for Estee Lauder counter in Dillards. It was fun they did my make-up for free. All they wanted me to do was wear all black. I enjoyed it and got free stuff out it too. I absolutely love free stuff. But then again who doesn't. LOL.
I'm afraid tomorrow of having my blood drawn and that I'm going to faint. They want me to fast for 12 hours before my 5 hour blood test tomorrow. Which started at 7:30 tonight and I can only drink water until the test are done with. Is it weird to be afraid of having your blood drawn. I've never had mine drawn before maybe that is why I'm more scared of having it drawn. Who knows. Well that is all for now. I'm going to try and get better at updating this more often.
