Da da da in a Range Rov-a
I hate the heat. I've had a constant migrane for the past four days and it isn't fun. I wish it would snow, right in the middle of summer. I'd be the first one outside.
I've found a new favorite game that I'm actually good at. Scrabble. I rock at scrabble. It's just too bad that "tenure" doesn't rake in a whole lot of points.
I signed up for my french correspondence class yesterday, but the stuff doesn't even come for "5-10 business days." I hate that. You get all excited for something then you have to wait for it until somebody decides to send it to you when they have time. They changed the course all of a sudden though, which is kind of weird. You don't need any books now and that alone lowered the price $100. That's good. Oh, and I finally got an honest-to-goodness actual backpack that should last me for more than a year and is big enough to hold all my school things and then some. That might not mean anything to you guys, but I've had to carry around that orange little thing for three years and I needed a new one. I appreciate the little things like that. It's also a good color - light blue (it was that or red, and I told my dad to pick which one he liked best). Lots of pockets, and a hole for my headphone cord that I won't take to school anyway. Well, you win some, you lose some. I still like it. I want to get the rest of my new stuff now too, instead of waiting for another month. I love starting over, it's refreshing..
