Hey guys and happy new year! I have some drawings for you to look at today!
A couple of weeks ago, I got a Christmas card from my friend Elizabeth in Massachusetts. I was really excited because it was addressed TO ME (I don't get that much mail!) and it's very pretty:
Elizabeth drew it herself! I love it.
I was even more excited to find that inside the card was a gift certificate to PETSMART! And it was ALL FOR ME!!!! I sent The Girl there with a very detailed list. I decided that in the style of
Donation Derby I would show you what I got!
These are four kinds of treats! Crunchy flowers, crunchy fish, crunchy chickens, and crunchy all-different-shapes. These are all delicious and they're all good for my teeth! (I still say "crunchy stars" sometimes but it is just a figure of speech. I think they stopped making that kind a while ago.)
I have never had one of these before! I thought since the money was a gift I would try something new and I have seen that very fancy white cat eat these on TV. I am excited to try this and I will let you know if I like it!
I can only eat so many treats in one day so The Girl also got me some wet food. She got me a whole case of it, which is 24 little cans. I only eat a couple bites of it a day, so this translates to 72 DAYS worth of wet food! This wet food will last me until spring! That is so awesome. Every time I walk past my shelf and see all those cans there. I get really happy!
The last thing The Girl got for me was a GIANT FUR MOUSE. It is so big. It's, like. Bigger than my head almost. I am kind of scared of him to be honest but we've had some good scampers together.
Then after that the cashier asked The Girl if she wanted to donate a dollar to help homeless animals and she told me she did! Because of the card Elizabeth sent us it was only like three dollars or something to get all of this stuff. It was pretty much the best Christmas ever!!
Thank you so much Elizabeth! And thanks also to your Guy, and your cats Mystery, Mina, and Osiris (I have a feeling it was their idea).
If you want to see Elizabeth's pretty art--including a fan art she did for me!!!--you can look at
her Deviant Art page which is here.
I hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year's! I have some more comics to show you later this week, so get ready! I love you guys!
