Just a few pictures from thios snowy week-end. My dad made a snowman and I played around in the snow for a while.
Anne-Sophie came for a chocolate-truffle making session. We made the dough, then had to leave it to chill for two hours. So we went on a walk in the snow (apologies for her frozen feet and itching knees). Here is the picture I took on the way. Below are two she took in the morning on a previous walk.
I have made oat/parmesan/herb appetizer cookies today. I am making polenta and paprika madeleines tomorrow. Then moving to my aunt's for more baking. My brother and his wife are arriving on Thursday just for Christmas Eve. They'll be staying at my place with the cats. I'll be staying at my parents' on Christmas night. Can't wait. And I eventually saw The Limits of Control, and was disappointed a bit, maybe because it's been weeks now I wanted to see it and it was just not as good as I expected it to be. Anyways. I think it lacked of a real poetic feeling overall. Like Jim Jarmusch parodying himself. Like he wanted to remake what he did with Dead Man, except there's absolutely no way it can be transposed. It made me want to go tto the Sun O))) show in January, though.
