Does anyone know anything about pricing artwork??
I've never really sold anything before but I got this email today:
Julie, I'm down at the University of
Georgia where I saw your work in our Visual Arts Building like a week ago right
before they took it down, and I have been everywhere trying to find out
who you are so I could ask you about the Geraniums piece. Do you sell your
work? Because I would be interested in that piece to give to my mom who
we just found out has cancer -- I saw that piece and thought she would
absolutely love it, maybe lift her spirits during such a hard time --
sorry to go into detail about the situation, but I think the piece is nothing
less than gorgeous and all I want to do is cheer her up -- and if you are
willing to part with it, I thought it would be easier for both of us while it
is still here in Athens -- just get back to me when you've got some time, I would so appreciate it!

My painting is a 9x16" (about) oil painting of some potted geraniums, I think I posted a picture of it with me a few entries ago when I put up some pictures from Italy. I'm not sure if I want to sell it yet but maybe just maybe!
