Just one step closer to Cougarhood!
So I'm now 28 years old. Another year, another birthday. Ho hum....Anyways, I worked on my birthday (Thursday) and had to deal with my kids bouncing off the walls and not taking long naps. It was picture day so of course they were all excited about the stuff going on. I'm just glad I'm officially on vacation and enjoying a break from Sacramento.
We made it into town yesterday afternoon around 2, with a stop in burbank at the Target shopping center. Liz met up with us there since it was right off the I-5 and Jeff didn't want to go too far off course to go to her place (she lives off the 101) I got to ahng out with her and her b/f Ben at the cute little studio apartment in Hollywood. It's very 1920s-esque and home to a lot of artists/musicians, etc. The roof of their building overlooks the 101 freeway and has a great view of Downtown and the Hollywood sign.
Dad and I had a nice dinner at my brother Anson's restaurant, which is called The home. It's a very trendy place in Hollywood and I got a free meal since Anson paid for it. Too bad I didn't see any celebrities but still it was a nice evening.
The wedding is today, in fact I need to get ready since Jeff's on his way and we don't want to be late. Disneyland tomorrow!!! W00t
