Meeting my publisher

I finally met the publisher of the magazine I'm writing for. It was at his home office in QC when I was getting the payment for the second article I wrote for the mag. I'm surprised that he's pretty young, maybe 3-5 years older than me. He's also a bit cute, could be my type if I was 5 years younger. And he's taking MBA in Ateneo. Quite impressive, (I was just wondering why he didn't choose to study in AIM).

I found out that the magazine is actually a requirement in his MBA class where they were asked by their professor to come up with a business that has advocacy.  I was really close to telling him that I do not agree with the objectives of his magazine. I just told him that I found the concept of his magazine -- very unique.

My second article would be the one included in the first issue. It's a short review of a bar/club in Malate. The first article I wrote though, (the longer one which is about gay online social networking), would be included in the second issue. It feels good writing this kind of stuff again. Makes me feel that I still haven't lost my creative writing skills.
