(no subject)
I was at a party at my adviser's partner's house, watching TV vaguely in the background. Some friends and I came home quite early to get work done, for we are grad student geeks. On my way iamsab called me, but all I could hear was screaming and bar noise in the background. It wasn't until I came in and turned on the TV that I realised what she was calling about. I didn't think it could possibly be this early! Now I wish I had stayed at the party.
