If you are a homophobe, remove me. If you don't like a certain race or religion, remove me. If you cannot control yourself in a mature manner when someone has a different opinion, remove me. If you think it's wrong to be angry or sad when something you don't like happens, remove me. I don't have time for people like this.

I found you using my "Friends of friends" list. I thought this post was in reference to someone else's angry post bashing those who voted against Bush. Then I saw Dom's post. :]

I totally agree with you there. Some folks are acting like we don't have the right to be either overjoyed or dejected at the election's results, just because they had a different opinion. If Kerry had won, I wouldn't have gotten in Bush supporters' faces and told them they had no right to be upset. That's just childish.

yeah, you gotta love republicans, and how they can't take our dissent with a straight face. apparently, if a democrat wins, they're free to bitch until the cows come home, but if their guy wins, we're supposed to just accept it and unite behind their guy.

*sigh*

last night i was listening to larry elders on the radio (i hate this man now) and he was like "oh, kerrys so-called concession speech was horrible" and he seemed to think that since bush barely won the popular vote, that the nation wasnt divided. LOL the republicans are SO excited that they got both the popular and the elecotral, like this is some brand new shit. AHHH I dont kmow how much more i can take.

i know.. i'm getting really annoyed at the people saying to shut up or get over the fact that bush won. yeah, he'll be in office for four years, and i'm sure that i'll move on soon.. but i am totally allowed to be FUCKING UPSET two days after the election.

i hate to say it, but i have a right to be depressed that america is turning into a big pile of hypocritical shit. i sincerely hope that nothing else horrible happens while bush is in office, but even if it did, i betcha more LOSERS would re-elect him if possible.

Some guy in a chat room told me today that "well, you libs think he didnt really get elected in 2000, so that means he should have another term". I cannot tell you how much I wanted to strangle this kid.

Damn right you can be upset 2 days later. You can be upset for 10 years, this is America, we have freedom. This is what they forget though. They really want a government run by one party. That frightens the hell out of me. The best thing we can all do is stay informed, continue caring about the political system and what goes on, and call bush on every single mistake he makes. And start finding a good candidate for 2008.
