I didnt get much sleep last night. Maybe a 1 1/2 hours. I laid down about 4am and tosed and turn most of the time after that. I finally fell asleep around 515am and got up around 7. I ran by the new house to drop off my tile choice on the way to take Lexie to school. She got out and ran to the back room of the house and started telling the builder all about her room. She told him she wanted a "pink room". He looked at me and said "There are about 200 shades of pink, you better get busy". lol. I told him I planned on painting her room pink shortly after we moved in. He told me to go to Home Depot and pick out the shade of Pink I wanted. "If that baby wants a pink room, a pink room she will have, if thats okay with you". He offered to do the additional room colors at no additional charge. I thanked him and told him I would go by home depot today and get the exact shade of pink back to him today. After leaving the house, we were off to take Lexie to school. She kept saying "Mom we are going to be late". Of course I had to say something like "Im never late, Lexie". We pulled up at the school like 5 minutes late and say said "See, I told you so.". lol. It was kinda funny coming from a 4 year old. She was so serious. I guess you would have had to be there. So I dropped her off, went to home depot, got 176 shades of pink and came home. I started crossing them out one by one until I had like 5 that I really liked. I finally narrowed it down to a lighter pink and ran it over to him. I think it will look good. I then came home and got out my insurance card and police report from my wreck during my weekend from hell. I called my insurance company first. They said with the other driver living and having their insurance in Canada they did not know how things were going to work out. They had the nerve to tell me that I could use my insurance to get it fixed since Florida is a No Fault state and pay a $500 deduct. haha. I was just thinking, these people dont know me very well. Im not at fault, you think im going spend $500 out of my pocket? I got online and finally found the number to TD Insurance of Canada and gave them a call. They all have thick accents and talk a little louder than the people from here, but are very nice. They had me go get an estimate and fax it to them. I thought it was going to be a few hundred bucks at the most. $927.72 ... I probably wouldnt make a good estimate writer.
