On a lighter, happier note, I made an American Thanksgiving dinner last night. It was amazing. The only time I remember ever having turkey for Thanksgiving was back in 1st grade when I lived with my mom in New York and her colleagues invited us over to her home. However, I remember the turkey being extremely tasteless and dry. I was determined not to screw up the turkey so I began preparing it the moment I woke up around 11 AM and followed all the instructions on the packaging. The trick is to slab grease and slabs of bacon all over the bird along with using a cooking bag. I know the bacon may seem a little strange, but the fat from the bacon just soaks into the bird so when it was done, it just fell into pieces. Carving wasn't even necessary.
I watched "Me, You and Everyone we know" last night. It was such a beautiful movie besides the fact that there were many disturbing, blatant, pedolphilic connotations.
