Not the best trip ever.  But not horrible either.  On the other hand, 12 hour bus rides... Let's just say I could do without those.  But plenty of DVDs and portable DVD players got me through the hours.  Thanks to anyone who let me borrow their DVDs or allowed me to view their DVD player from behind while mine was out of battery.  Thanks to anyone who brought cards as well.

Not much to say about the actual Jazz Fest.  I didn't watch very many bands.  Poker and various forms of raquetball (and watching Matthew Chambless nearly kill himself with one of those big exercise balls) caught and held my attention much more efficiently after the first night of watching jazz for several hours.  We played for maybe 45 minutes (quick practice + performance) out of the entire trip.  Brandon and I got awards for Outstanding Solo.  That was the highlight for me, I suppose.  At least when it came to the jazz part of the trip.

Uhh, apparently I missed some partying while I was gone.  That sucks.  More suckness: I have to get up and go to school tomorrow.
