District Contest
Okay, so Oak Mountain's Woodwind Ensemble kicked Hoover's Symphonic ass.
Our section IS too loud. And it's hard to fix that because there are only two people. A lot of the time I just stop playing and pretend like I am anyway or don't even bother pretending (Elsa's). I hate playing tenor sax in symphonic band.
Oak Mountain's french horn section was amazing. Katie is too. But their entire section was like 5 Katie Carroll's. Their trumpets were really loud/good.
I don't know what to do about our section besides practice my ass off. David already practices his ass off and he's better than me (apparently since he's first chair).
