My dad took me to see School of Rock on Friday. I think anyone who likes classic rock would love that movie. I think it may be in my top 20 fav. movies of all time. You haven't lived until you've heard ten year old girls singing, "No you're not hardcore, unless you live hardcore!"
Saturday was busy as hell at work, then I went to Josh's house for about 20 minutes to see his mom drunk and stoned at his little bros birthday party. "Leo, we have soooooooooooooooooo much food!" It was really really weird and hilarious. Then I went home, as always.
Sunday I took my homework to work, and worked.
I'm feeling very unrock n roll lately. "Sorry guys, I can't go out tonight, I've gotta read "A Good Man is Hard to Find." What the fuck? Montse offered to take me to her friends house to drink last night and I wanted to go, chill with the brew crew, watch gay movies and laugh...but Dave Guin has different plans for Leo's weekend.
When I woke up this morning there was a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream waiting for me by my bed. It had a note that I'm going to try my best to paraphrase: "Happy Birthday Leo! It's your golden birthday and that only happens once! Here's something to spicy up your coffee! Remember, all we are is dust in the wind. Love, Montse" It said "Happy Birthday Irish style" at the top. It was awesome. I wonder how drunk she was when she wrote it. I put the bottle in my sock drawer and went to work.
