At the behest of Nada "I-have-thousands-of-degrees" Oakley, I have begun research for and composition of my term paper on the importance of The Wife of Bath to the development of British humor. The stock of resources is astounding. The calibre, not as much so.

I like that she appears to be wearing her wimple atop her hat rather than under it.
