BOOYEAH!
A year has come and gone and again I'm reminiscing on the past months. Instead of writing down a recap of the past exciting months, I wrote about 10 special people.:) These people are listed in no particular order.:)
Pico Flandes - You were always able to make my gloomy days brighter than they actually were. We always had our laughs and I'll never forget how you always want to talk on the phone when I obviously didn't want to. Pinilit mo nang pinilit and some days, you do succeed. Only you, P. I only make daldal on the phone with you and no one else.
JB Gamboa - You have been with me everyday for the past months. Walang sawaan. No complaints. Thank you for always being there. Whether I am in the mood to just laugh everything away or talk things through, you stick by me and help me through it.
Celina Mendoza - During the times that I have no one to talk to, all I have to do is to call you and ask you if we could meet up and bond. I love you for always alotting some time for me. Even though you're busy or already late for training. We started with investigatory projects and continued on to break times at Starbucks. We've grown up!:))
Yves Garcia - Gossip is useless if you don't have anyone to gossip with. I love having you around, Yves! You're my all - around friend. You teach me stuff pa. With you around, I never have a dull moment because just hearing you laugh would make me laugh out loud too. Nakakadala kasi yung tawa mo eh. Without your unique laugh, my year would've been that much duller.:D
Kiel Tan - Having sister dearest around is a blast. I don't usually have people negating every thing I try to say. THEN came Kiel.:)) We think differently. We act differently. We speak differently. (Marunong ako mag-PO. Haha. JOKE.) But after all these differences, we click in a way that only we understand. Specially when it comes to planning events. She will always have a special place in my heart too, because she was the first one I ever met from the block. :) My first block friend.:D
Jules Yao - He's the very first guy I wanted to hit sa block. Back during the OrSem days, he was loud and very obnoxious. Well, for me.:)) I wanted things to be tahimik then but I've changed. I want things noisy now and he gives me noisy when I ask for it. I don't know how we got to the point that we could talk about our problems with each other but I'm thankful that we got to that level of friendship. Sa heartbreak na naexperience ko, he was always there for me and I shall be eternally greatful. Thanks Yao. Dahil sayo, nagka - lakas akong maging Alpha Male.:P
Carlo Flavier - Who could ever forget the NYEH Moments that I only ever have with Flavie? Pag sinabing sabaw, SABAW talaga kami. He always knows how to make me laugh. He knows he can say ANYTHING to me and I wouldn't even budge. Even if it's gross or improper. I'd always listen to him and laugh with him and I know he'll do the same. He will always be the first guy I was ever comfortable with sa block.Flavie will always be sexy, gwapo and hot to me. (HOY, may bayad na to. Annual ang bayad. HAHA.)
Marikit Singson - Who could beat the bestest bestfriend any girl could have? SIyempre, no one could beat my bestfriend.:) Marikit has always been there for me. AS IN. Ako na yung wala, pero andyan parin talaga siya. I don't know what I'd ever do without having her around. I mean seriously, she puts my mind back to perspective ALL THE TIME. No one could ever stop my train of thought but her. Kasi ako, paranoid kung paranoid. With her around, nawawala ang paranoia ko.:)) She will always be the bestfriend I owe my life to and I cannot think of anyone else who deserves my eternal thank you.:)
Robi Domingo - How could he not make my year special? Without him, I could be a little better off, offering my time to something else more useful to me than to him. Haha. Kidding aside, Robi has always been the one to make things interesting when I'm bored to death. Suddenly having people texting me, asking me to ask him for a bit of his time to greet their friend or just to have their picture taken with him, gives me something to do with the time I could spare. Seriously though, having him around makes things special because seriously, IT'S NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE HIM AROUND. Busy kid.
Nico Chiong - Yes, you made my life very colorful for the months that you were a part of my life. For all the times you made me realize that someone cared for me, thank you. For all the times that you argued with me because I asked you to, thank you. For all the times that you made me smile when no one else could, thank you. For showing me that I could be generous with anyone else aside from myself, thank you. For staying up with me through tons of homework and tests, thank you. For plainly being there when I needed you the most, thank you. Finally, for a friendship, even though short - lived, that made me happier than I could have been at that time, thank you. :)
Dahil kahit anong mangyari, hindi maaalis sa akin ang pagiging Lister. Alam ko, we don't exist anymore but I loved who we were back then. I dedicate this list to the former Listers, you know who you are. Yes, even you.
