The raddest weekend in a long time

Nov 11, 2008 00:32

I saw The Who last night. Freakin incredible. Baba O'Riley live was just awesome. They didn't play Magic Bus, but that was the only disappointment I suffered.

I saw my dad, brother, step-mom and sister for a bit. Hanging with my little brother never gets old. I love that guy.

I stayed in L.A. with my aunt and cousins. They took me to this music store called Fingerprints where I bought the following vinyl's:

1. The Beatles- Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band - $20
2. Led Zeppelin- IV - $1.99
3. John Mellencamp- Scarecrow - $.99
4. The Cars- $1.99
5. Journey- Escape - $1.99
6. Johnny Cash- Live at Folsom Prison - $1.99
7. CCR- Green River - $.99
8. Bob Seger- Stranger in Town - $.99
9. Bob Seger- Night Moves - $.99
10. Jimi Hendrix- Are you Experienced - $1.99
11. Bruce Springsteen- Born in the U.S.A. - $5.99

Add that to my Beatles Rubber Soul, Cyndi Lauper She's So Unusual, and Kiss' Hotter than Hell and Dressed to Kill.

Then my aunt bought me a record player, and an effin sweet one at that.

Like I said, best weekend in a long time.
