I currently have eight books checked out of my university library. Four of them are religious texts (Siddhartha, the Qur'an, the Torah, and A Year of Living Biblically), which are required for my World Religions class. Two are books exploring basic film theory, which are required for the short film I have to make in order to be accepted into Point Park University's Cinema Arts program. One is a novel by Bart Yates about a gay kid and his crazy mother, which is required because I'm a gay kid with a crazy mother and because Bart Yates comes highly recommended from the Rainbow Kids. The only book I've bothered to open, however, is Volume 4 of Hideyuki Kikuchi's Vampire Hunter D series, because I'm a whore for Yoshitaka Amano's cover art.

This is me not graduating any time in the next ten years.
