i am officially amazing
when i get older, i want to open a restaurant. or a bakery.
tonight, i made a delicious dinner.
pasta with shrimp in a butter and garlic sauce with sweet basil and corainder.
and for dessert, a white chocolate almond mousse in a phyllo cup.
so, i pwn.
i wanted to make my mom something special. i made the mousse last night so it would be nice and cold today.
she's been stressed and stuff because of my purse, work, dad, life in general.
so tonight, we feasted! mwhaahha
