Part 1:
All inclusive resort hotel just for men. On an island close to a beach. Amenities include golf course, gym, a football field, in door hockey rink, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a game room. We offer scuba lessons, jet skiing, snorkeling, and various water activities. We have a conference room and a small casino. We have three restaurants: surf and turf, steak and potatoes, and a beer restaurant. We will provide event planners to help people plan their day. We have 300 rooms, 6 floors and 50 rooms per floor.
Part 2:
For each room we had a wooden queen size bed with silk linens, a side table, entertainment set and one cushioned chair. The floors have rug. Each bathroom has blue small tiles and one big wooden shelf to hold all towels and bathroom needs. The lobby had dark wooden floors and had several couches. The color theme for the entire hotel is blue, black and dark brown.
Part 3:
CLEAN:
wooden floors, chandeliers, curtains, marble counters, wall lamps, washrooms in our lobby, coffee tables, glass windows, window panes, picture frames, front desk counter, memo board, elevator, stairs, ect…
Part 4:
300 rooms, 40 min to clean each room, 480 min shifts (8 hrs), 12000 min to clean all 300 rooms, two 15 min breaks, 15 min traveling time

510mins- 30(coffee breaks)- 30mins(setup time)=450mins(total productive time)
450mins/ 32min(each room)=14 rooms(product activity)
Room size:
350 square feet per room
350 X 50 = 17500 square feet
500 sf for hallways
17500 + 500= 8750000 sf
Occupancy rate
300 X 0.70 = 210
210/14= 15 room attendants per day.
