What a moron!
All week I've been sort of confused, because I SWEAR I bought a zucchini last time I went grocery shopping.
Except.. I couldn't find it for the life of me.
But POSITIVE I did.
Anyway, just now I was looking in the freezer trying to see if there was anything in there I could have for supper, when.. hmm.. what's this strange thing wrapped up in a plastic bag.
Noooo.. my zucchini.
What the heck was I thinking??
Can you eat un-thawed zucchini?
I don't know what to do with it now. Hmph.
