[MOD POST] Request/Question masterposts

Hey guys! I realised the bi-monthly request/question masterposts are hardly being used anymore and that the q/r that are left behind there often remain unanswered. So I thought it might be better to create one big masterpost for people to post their requests and questions in. I couldn't really think of any arguments against it, but I just wanted to check with you guys first. By using one big post, it will be easier for people to quickly browse the questions to see if they have an answer and it'll be nice to see everything compiled in one big entry, instead of having everything spread out over several ones.
