Video: Mickie James returns to the ring
Today we bring you footage of former WWE Womens and Divas Champion Mickie James as she made her first post-WWE in-ring appearance. The former Diva wrestled for World Wrestling Council in Puerto Rico, and in this match teamed with WWC Carlitos (not to be confused with former Superstar Carlito) to take on a combo of former TNA stars in Christopher Daniels and ODB.
While the footage is not of the best quality, you can still make out everyone involved and enjoy the match.
James received a great reaction, even if it’s strange to hear her come out to her WWE theme now, and there were plenty of funny spots in the match, particularly due to ODB’s antics. James certainly hasn’t lost a step since her release, and we can only hope she’ll mix it up with other stars during her time under the no-compete clause from her WWE contract. After that, will see see her taking on current Knockouts on Impact?
