O when will i ever really have the proper time to post here like I should, & need.
Every night & day & weekend & travelling time & before sleeping time are thinking spaces for my work. The only sites I ever surf are facebook & countless art\design sites. I hardly go to FML or news or comics anymore. It's not like i'm hating this, but I'm starting to think that university life shouldn't be this catastrophic & cluttered at all. I mean, this is the epilogue of your entire studying life, shouldn't it be cooler & freer & naughtier? Yeah so with that said I'm really not that free to speak much here currently, but I felt I needed to post about this morning.
Here is one happy set of photos, hopefully executed well enough to show how happy i really was in the whole process of creating them. It was a very satisfying time out there, the sun just rightly bright & light. It was all very Zen. I left feeling like I had joy enough to last me the rest of the semester. Which is 3 weeks or so, but seriously now, 3 weeks at ADM isn't any trivial matter. Right now I'm feeling this rather laid back sensation. Like my bed couldn't be anymore comfortable, the music couldn't be anymore soothing,
the pear juice couldn't be anymore ripe-perfect.
mmm good morning ocean! you smell alright today
Yeah, I went out there & did all the following. Perishable in nature.
So anyway some playful tactility! On a 2nd look they're like tiger fur. Not good
I know the colors dont really match what I need. but i didn't have enough dark brown feathers...... whatever they're probably gone now anyway
pebble rocks
twine x the real thing. intentionally rather hard to see
well the heart is pretty gay but do think about it in correspondence to the inherent shape of the leaf
don't know how well eyes can tell but those yellow leaves at the bottom are painted.!
they're so funny looking. done in acrylic, therefore it is highly resilient to rain, which also means it will soon wither & die for some photosynthesis related reasons. very contradictory to what I'm doing I know
i would very much like to have drawn on the entire log.. but the sun here was scorching hot. I count myself lucky to have even been able to take a proper photo before leaping into the shade
O i love these. Probably the best thing I've done this morning.
theyre awesome. you gotta be there to see it for real
how they look from afar. i like its sensitive subtlety, cos if you glance you wont catch it, but if you look long enough it'll draw you closer.
i only pasted them on the dying buds. & a close up... haha how cute is that; these probably wont stand against the rains though
hehe Zen moments. the round hemisphere lumps are supposed to reflect the organic shape of the rocks surrounding them (theres alot more), only in a different tactile material sorta thing
An hour to noon & the tide is awakening. the sensational collision of splash & rock was pretty captivating for me; i have tons of photographs of identical subject matter. in what manner of marvel can all these happen & how atrocious is it that hardly anyone can afford the time to look upon them.
What a morning. Nicely spent I haven't felt this good in awhile. A fresh kind, a necessary kind. Later I'm going to Rachel's home to help her with her 4D project, after all that she's done for me in my foundation year. It's going to be alot of fun, since we built on this film together. It's the best visual idea I've come up with in the past 3 weeks or so. Yeah, you see, I've been very conceptually stagnant. Soon, we will make this into a blockbuster, complete with posters & promotional materials by yours truly, in true viscomm spirit. Okay here's my house:
so i came home along with the tree spirit & pebble-rock ghosts running in my veins
..leading me to spontaneously do this to my switch, those feathers have been lying on my table since forever anyway
how the entire south wall looks like
my camera hardly comes out to play to might as well get a few shots of whats changed recently in my humble, chaotic abode
more chaos: roy brought back my coursework for me! its in a little bag now, delightfully packed
more anyhow anything: stuck some of the lighter collages in an effort to expand wall space
Thanks for reading I hope you feel at least an eighth of my happiness reading\seeing this (:
I'm off to finish my publication now ciaos for an extended time to come
