(no subject)
I'm a book whore. I love to buy books. I could spend all day in a bookstore just browsing books and reading summaries. When I'm older and have enough space in my house I want a library. My own library filled with all the books I've read and the ones I have yet to get to. I bought 4 new books today. I finally bought this book called 'Prep' that I've been wanting for while. I also bought To Kill a Mocking Bird and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. I want to read them all tonight, but I won't...I'll try to contain myself.
I finally got off my ass and had actual human contact today. I hung out with Sam, which was nice, we haven't hung out just the two of us in a while. I also finally got to give her my christmas present for her. Sooo belated, but whatever. She liked it.
Guitar lessons are going okay. I can read notes now, which is cool. But I can't do two different things at once with my hands. Switching my fingers from the different frets with my left hand while also hitting different strings with my right hand...it's frustrating, but I suppose it just takes practice, right? Oy vey. My teacher moves really quickly in class and sometimes it's hard to keep up. But I refuse to quit! I won't let it scare me.
