I hate that Awake has already been cancelled. It was so intelligent, and that last episode was forty-five minutes of truly unexpected television. It's rare that I can find a show that surprises me these days, and actually keeps me guessing, and Awake did that. I really liked how it embraced the surreality of the concept it created.
On the bright side, at least it ended with things mostly wrapped up, with the exception of the last two minutes which were totally WTF I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT JUST HAPPENED.
