Wow, I've just realized that I haven't seen the Grandpa's Birthday episode in far too long, I hardly even remember it. I need to watch it again!

Helga is indeed incredible and all her episodes are so funny.

I love that e-card! <3

I love Grandpa's Birthday! School Play is another great one. Agree about Helga. She's awesome.

Cardcaptor Sakura and Detective Conan are great. I haven't been in those fandoms lately though and when I was they were more minor for me too.

hehehe.... CCS was a gateway drug anime for me. I watched it when I was in middle school, and it's still my very favourite. Along with Sailor Moon, of course. *dork*

How would you like to be friends? :D

Tales of! Those games are my favorites! I've only just started playing through Graces, myself, but my personal favorite is Vesperia. (I also prefer the old battle system that Graces doesn't use, so I'm bitter about playing through that one, but I'm sure I'll get through it eventually.) Anyways, yeah, that's cool. That's all. Also Avatar is great. Have you seen Legend of Korra? Because that's a great series, too.

♥ FELLOW TALES FAN, HELLO.

Oh my, Vesperia is fabulous, too. It's really hard to rank these games, but my all time favourite will always be Abyss. Then Destiny 2, which never got a NA release (D:!).

I understand about Graces' battle system. It's a lot like the Destiny Remake system, so by the time I played Graces, I was somewhat used to it. It really grows on you, though! It's so fast-paced and magnificent and flashy and frankly AWESOME (once you figure everything out) that it is now my favourite Tales battle system. So maybe you'll come to like it, too! :D

I haven't seen Korra yet! I'm much looking forward to it, but I'm waiting until it's more complete until I watch it. I watched Avatar all at once and it would drive me mad to have to wait for new episodes of Korra! heh.

I FEEL LIKE FELLOW TALES OF FANS ARE REALLY HARD TO FIND??

See - my favorite used to be Abyss, but I actually can't play through it anymore? I got really tired of it, I guess. (And the sidequests are hard tbh.) But the characters of Abyss are some of my favorites.

I'm sure the battle system is great once you figure it out, but I hate change so I'm a huge brat about it, haha.

Korra is great. The wait is kind of aggravating, I agree, but it's a pretty good series. (As long as you sort of just...ignore the forced romantic subplot. Because it really is just...forced. And bad.) The storyline is great, though, so I'd definitely recommend it. :)

Yes, you would be right about that!

Aha, yes, that can happen. To... people that aren't me, I suppose. I am nuts. I've played Abyss through 8 times, and it's like a 50 hour game (!). The sidequests are time-consuming, but I didn't find them difficult. I mean, I was comparing to Final Fantasy, so... yea. xD To speak of hard sidequests...!

See, what I loved about Avatar was it didn't need a running thread of romance. It had bits here and there, but it was ignorable, if you wanted. But when Katara and Aang kissed at the end I was like, "COME ON THE FRIENDSHIP WAS SO EPIC". xD And the series continues in The Promise comics, where Aang and Katara call each other "sweetie" instead of USING NAMES and my word it is awful beyond belief. The Avatar universe needs a "hands-off" policy on romance. It's not really working, guys. ;D

No, no, I'm nuts, too, I swear. I've played through Vesperia like four or five times and the original Symphonia five or six. Abyss has my favorite music, I think, and my favorite character of all time is Natalia, so Abyss was like. Amazing the first couple times, but I really can't play through it anymore. (Maybe because I don't particularly like Luke...or Tear, for that matter? I thought the romance was forced, honestly, and that his change could've been done better in my opinion. You know, a slow change as opposed to a "I'm going to change and I'm really nice now!!!" type thing. Tear nags too much, tbh, and I know people will argue that Natalia, does, as well, but Natalia has such a good heart and she loves her country and her people and I'm!!!! Emotional!!!!) I'll probably try again in a little while ( ... )

Tales games have ridiculous replay value; so addictive. I've also played Symphonia six times and Vesperia four. The... reason I know the exact amount of times is I write them down. xD

The thing with Luke is he was a total jerk and then he destroys a town and everyone in it dies; that is crazy heavy, so his change was really believable to me. I couldn't imagine. I'd toss myself off a cliff. He's stronger than I'd be. Just trying to imagine the psychological damage that would do to a person is a baffling study all in itself. I really enjoy deep characterisation like that. Luke's my favourite character ( ... )

Honestly, Symphonia has the best replay value for me just because you can change who your closest relationships are with/some plot points/etc. It's really cool, in that aspect.

I liked Luke the first time and second time I played through. The third is when I started getting a little, like, wary of him, and by the fourth I was just. I also I have a tendency to never ever ship the main guy/girl in these games, so the Luke/Tear stuff was always pretty bothersome to me - not to mention Tear always treated him like a kid, and that just kind of turned me off of the ship. I actually liked Tear the first time and hated Natalia, but the second time they completely switched. Idk, I change my mind about characters all the time, haha, but you're right - Tear's voice actor wasn't the greatest, though I thought everyone else's voices were pretty spot-on.

Fanservice!!! Ugh, I just really liked their interactions. But I also liked Zuko with uh Mai? Or whoever? I don't remember her name. I didn't spend enough time watching it, haha.

Haha, yes. It's very true that my opinions on the characters have done a lot of shifting. I didn't like Natalia at first, either. And with ToS, I loved Zelos in the beginning and disliked Raine, and now it's opposite! I also seem to like Genis nowadays... xDD He's so cute.

Oh man, Zelos is literally one of my favorite characters and always has been. I've always liked Raine and Genis, though! Genis was my first favorite, actually. He's hilarious and adorable! :)
