It's the End of an Era
So this is my last day as a full time employee. I gotta say, it's a little scary to know that I don't have insurance anymore, and who the hell knows what could happen. But I'm comfortable with my decision. People keep asking me why I decided to do this. It's basically my yearning to do something different with my life. All I've been doing since graduating from high school is work work work. I need a challenge, I need variety and most of all I don't want to be a cashier for the rest of my life. And I know that people out there just care for me and don't wanna see me make the wrong decisions, but it's about time I took a risk. I choose my choice!
My co-worker and (who I found out has the same birthday as me!) I have been experimenting with different smoothies today. I made an orange creamsicle, which turned out fabulous; then we made a "banana split" smoothie, which was strange but sorta good. The worst one was the apple/chai smoothie. Some things just aren't meant to be a smoothie. I could make up smoothies and get paid for it all day :D
So peeps...who here still dresses up for Halloween? If you do what were you last year and what are you going as this year? I'm wracking my brain trying to think of something better than a cat (what I was last year). I was thinking it would be funny to dress as Lisa Turtle from Saved by the Bell, but I don't know if anyone would really know who I was. Thoughts?
