Summer madness
The last few days have been insanely warm. I'm all for summer, but dealing with the heat sucks, especially since we don't have A/C. My desktop computer appears to be putting out enormous amounts of heat, it turns my room into a hothouse! At least I can do most of my work on my iPad so that I don't need the computer turned on all the time. I normally leave it running night and day, but that makes the room unbearably hot. The weather is supposed to cool a bit tomorrow, so I hope that there will finally be some relief from the heat.
In other news, I finished my first Hawaii 5-0 fic the other day. That is I finished it for the second time. Since finishing it for the first time, it grew abn additional 20k words, expanding the plot massively. I still need to put chapters 2 - 11 up on LJ. I'm also thinking of getting an account at AO3 and posting it there as well. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I'm already full of ideas for more fic, both in the Hawaii 5-0 fandom as well as for some others. I think first I'm going to do some work on my h/c bingo card, even though I'm probably way too late for that already.
