Politis, school, hardware
1) So, I watched the last presidential debate tonight, and I was moderately non-repulsed! Good job moderator and candidates! IMO McCain won on debating points, but that's not going to change my vote. Hint to Obama: answer the fucking questions. On the plus side Obama said he supports a consitutional right to privacy.
2) Midterms are over, research is in full swing, and hopefully things will wrap themselves up in 7 weeks. I get back 1 (harD) midterm tomorrow, hopefully nothing terrible there.
3) SHINY NEW 13" ALUMINUM MACBOOK! "Frontier Psychiatrist" I really like this hardware. I've always been a fan of glossy displays, and at full brightness it's almost too much to look at. The no-button trackpad is amazingly non-problematic. I really don't notice having to depress the whole thing to click. Battery life and performance seem to be acceptable and it should have room for all my music, which means I can finally resync my iphone at home and not school.
