Live from Casa Faire via Erik's phone.
Yeah, I like Erik's phone. I plan on getting a new phone on Monday, the pocket pc phone offered by sprint. I took Monday off because it will be our 4 year anniversary. Erik still has to work, but he gets off at 2, so we will be able to do something after he gets off. It has been awhile since that day he asked me, "So if a guy were to get on your good side, would he buy you a Moutain Dew?" but my love grows for him with each passing day. We started the celebration a little early. On Thursday Erik and I went out to dinner and to see Wicked. Great show...not really like the book, but it's a good story.
Today was opening day and Erik's great appearance as the "hero of the shire". I didn't think I would be able to catch his show because the way the stage schedule was written it had Sound & Fury getting off stage at 3:15 when infact their show goes until 3:30. So everyday I should be able to catch Erik's sword fight from 3:00 to about 3:15. Then it is back to running between my two stages. Today was a good day. The stages where on schedule, no real emergencies happen, and everyone seemed to enjoy the dinner up at camp.
I came into this weekend with a really grim outlook. The past work week, like several of the work weeks before was a bit tough. I don't feel like going into a detailed explanation about the people I work with, so I will get right to the worst part. Thursday night my computer displayed the "blue screen of death" . The boot drive could not find something in the Registry...aka VERY BAD
Anyway, the IT guy at work is helping me out. Turns out my hard drive has a couple of bad sectors, which means we will probably be able to save the data off the drive, but will probably have to get a new hard drive. Unfortunatly, the one year limited warenty wore out in June.
Alright, I think it's time for bed.
