Okay so RULES... basically, so long as you don't destroy anything, Ginny's happy.
Obviously, as this is the same flat that Sirius moved out of not too long ago, the rooms are basically the same as in that one. Ginny's made some minor modifications, but that's it.
So er yeah. Guests will please to come in through the front door, as opposed to windows or something. There's a table set up in the main room with standard party food, both "normal" and wizarding.

EDIT: O YES I FORGOT. Ginny's dressed up as a calico cat in a white velvet minidress, with black and platinum streaks in her hair. She's magicked black cat ears and a cat tail to herself and she also has on black arm- and leg-warmers like kitty paws :D
