So, was there anything you wanted to ask a Death Eater, Miss Patil?

=Smiles slightly= You were a very sweet child, weren't you, Miss Patil? I wonder, do you still think Death Eaters are bad people, or has your understanding of the world changed?

=glompcling= where have you been my dear?

*hardly smiles back*
I know for a fact, actually. With 'oh so good intentions' to 'clean the wizarding world', they plan to wipe out any wizard without blood as pure as their own, and all because a man..kind of, thing, told them they should.

Am I missing anything, sir?

:D College kind of ate my soul, basically. And I forgot to tell anyone. :X But now the semester is over! And I'll have two summer classes, but, still. Much, much more time to play.

=Laughs= Oh my dear, you really don't understand at all. If you knew anything about history or humanity itself, you would understand that those ideas and beliefs have been circling about in society for hundreds and hundreds of years. Sometimes a strong enough leader appears and channels them.

I'm very glad it gave it back! I was wondering where you and Parvati had gone!

Well yes, but. The Death Eaters, that's their main..goal. Was all I meant. However long the ideas have been floating around, Death Eaters only showed up once Vol Lord Voldemort did.

Fantastic looking pieces! I really love the photographs.

I remember Padma once saying how she'd lived in India before coming to Hogwarts, but I never knew it was so close to you coming to school. I bet it must have been a real shock to you, Scotland I mean. Did you ever get homesick?

:D

Mhmm, we had actually gotten letters to go to the same wizarding school my parents did, but as soon as we moved we got one from Hogwarts. We still own the house in India, so over the summers we go there.. But yeah, Scotland is so much different than India, so it was a bit of a transition. I'm just glad our parents had taught us English from the start.. Hindi was spoken more with just our older relatives, but otherwise, everyone knows more than a little English in Asia, so that wasn't too bad.

Lovely post, I especially like the pictures. :) Oddly enough Gus grew up in India too, so I wonder if their families ever came into contact.

Entirely possible, I would think.. While they're not enthusiasts by any means, the Patil 'rents totally liked to party and whatnot with the pureblooded families over there, hehe. They would have at least known of each other, I think.
