Relevance: Record of the expenditures and income of the Malfoy estates, including sums paid out to Borgin & Burke, suppliers of Dark Artefacts, and, possibly, records of loans to the Ministry of Magic (see 9th column from bottom). Remains of heavily fire-damaged parchment, torn from an accounts book, identified from the handwriting to belong to L. Malfoy. It is believed the Accounts books were burnt by the house elves after N. Malfoy abandoned the House. Auror investigators recovered this fragment.
