You mean my brother didn't tell you? I've taken a rather long leave of respite out of the country. I've been registered with the German Ministry for quite some time now. Be sure I'll resumbit the paperwork if I come back.

No need, he can be quite obtuse when he wants to be, I've sent a photocharmed copy to your office. I can only think that the Department of International Co-operation lost the last copy somewhere in the works... as usual. That place really went to the dogs when Crouch took over.
