Yes, I seem to be militaristic, illegal and a possible cause of widespread panic. Perhaps the Ministry has some paperwork that will clear that up for me?

I'm afraid paperwork would not cure any of those ailments. Perhaps you should ask a Healer at St Mungos if they will perscribe you a mild seditive instead?

They don't, but they allow a leader to put off dealing with a problem until his successor takes over.

I would make sure to wear diamond armor for my teeth before I devoured any major metropolitan cities.

But can you afford such a precaution?

I imagine that if I were to eat Tokyo, I would be able to procure diamond plated tooth armor from somewhere. Doors like that open when you have enough need.
