(no subject)
i started my job at starbucks today and it's the best job i've ever had. EVER. i get paid well; full benefits; a free pound of coffee EVERY week; free coffee before work, after work, and during all of my breaks; everyone i work with is really cool; and i'm learning a shitload of exciting and surprising things that i didn't know before.
i'm going to be able to move out soon!
i'm going to move to the worthington commune!.. or worthington manor.. depending on how familiar you are with the place... but if you're calling it manor, you really have no idea what goes on. for instance: two nights ago we all sat and smoked pot and then we cleaned chris's entire apartment while he ran out for coffee as a surprise (dishes and all), rearranged, waited for him, more people came, we got paints and painted pictures all over the walls and then we all made food and adam played the guitar and grace sang and it was just such a good time. a good portion of the residents in that building are all my friends and i like knowing that i had a good deal to do with how things are turning out in that building haha. i can't wait to move there! i already know how i'm going to decorate (cheaply) and what i "need"/want to buy (cheaply) and stuff like that.
i start school on my birthday, which ordinarily sounds awful, but my child support ends when i turn nineteen because i'm not in school. BUT i start school on my 19th birthday. i sense alliteration coming on..... 3..2..1.. lucky legal loopholes.
and in icy argentine they say, "now i've seen it all!"
