Originally uploaded by heven2mrgatroid I've been holding out on you all. As of late Thursday evening, we have a foster kitten. Matt found her wandering around outside of his house and decided that I was the biggest sucker he knows and well, here she is! I contacted the same rescue group that helped me to place Vera's kittens and they hooked us up with a vet visit on Saturday. Greta is about 3 1/2- 4 weeks old and has some intestinal parasites, otherwise she's in pretty good shape. Her diahrrea is a bit better and she eats like a pig (she also complains constantly which leads me to believe that she is a real fighter). She's messy in this picture because she had just eaten, although, to be honest, she's kind of messy all the time. I have to wash her face, paws, and neck/belly every time she eats! She's been getting baths every day, plus combing, plus medication, and the multiple feedings. Did I mention she yells when she's not getting enough attention?
So yeah, we're totally in love. I'm sure I'll be putting up some more pics soon.
