BAC LEVEL
Yeah so I got the results today and I can only say that I am praying for one of the technicalities that we have to work to get the case dismissed, My BAC level was a .108 same as what I blew. That is .028 to much to drink under the current law. I am going to be so fucked. That is not even a whole beers worth of alcohol. How is that fair, how is that right. I don't think that little bit of alcohol put me over the limit. Non the less I guess I broke the law and am doing everything I can to win this case no matter how much money it takes. I have a chance, not a great one but a chance.
