Full Doctor Who Season 3 Trailer
This is shaping up to be a really good looking season for our favorite Doctor. This season seems to be taking on a much darker and emotional tone which is very welcome in my book. After seeing Martha 'in the thick of it' I think I am really going to like her as the new companion. There are so many delicious spoilers to talk about from the new trailer which covers all thirteen episodes of the season. I will say I am just so very excited to see what our friend John Simm (seen at the very end smiling deviously infront of Big Ben) turns out to be. Much of the anticipation of this season revolves around him and how he might become a regular and very dangerous villain for the Doctor. Lord knows with the over-reliance this new series has put on ineffectual Daleks we could use a good and serious villain. What we do know is that he is this season's Bad Wolf and Mr. SAXON is a recurring theme throughout this season. SAXON could be a possible psuedonym for the Axons whom a certain villain from the old series first appeared alongside in The Claws of Axos all those years ago. These are very exciting times.
