see, here's the funny thing: ALL PARENTS indoctrinate their children. it's kind of their job. as parents. this little chick just happens to have parents who have a different value set than you.
my lady just finished up her honors' thesis today. on the politicization of education in the states. i actually had no idea that the american public education system is firmly routed in religious indoctrination. the pilgrims and puritans actually started the practice because they felt that more educated people will be able to worship better and understand their faith better.
ironic.
but anyway, this whole trip through the education system's history her thesis takes you on shows quite clearly that everybody's guilty of the same shit. just different teams.
not that i'm taking bill orly seriously. but some people do. and they'll probably cause me pain or discomfort some day in the future. and this displeases me.
