Titles are too much effort

Done! Omg, they're done! Those two horrors of plushie designs. :'D
I should have realized how hard they'd be from the beginning, and charged more.
All well.. I'm a little in shock at being done with them, I'd gotten so used to beating my head against the wall trying to put them together. Now the realization that I'm free to do other things, it's a bit much. Even Christy was speechless when I told her I was done. I don't think I'll open commissions again till after new years. At least.

So. Yeah. Yay.

Conner just celebrated his first birthday a couple weeks ago, and got royaly spoiled. XD I swear, we shouldn't give him any more toys for a while. And he also got a nice, big, chocolate cake. Pity he was able to eat much of it though. He's been worrying Christy and concerning the doctors lately. He should be able to eat more adultish foods by now, but he can't, and much the he's be eating he's been chocking or gagging on. We think perhaps he just eats slower than normal and we've been feeding him too quickly, so that he thinks he has to swallow everything whole and quickly without chewing. Christy's slowed done now and it's made things better.
Though he's also not developing in other areas as he should. He's walking around now, and figuring out how to get into things, and seeming quite smart, and yet he's not talking at all. A few months ago he was starting to say things that sounded suspicously like mama and dada, and Christy even had him saying hi. But now he's stopped all of that. Apparently by now he should have a bit of a vocabulary, even if he doesn't know what the words mean, repeating them like a bird does.
He also doesn't cry when he should, like when he's hungry or needs a diaper change, and cries when he shouldn't, like when he's just bored. Perhaps he's just developing slowly? The doctors have suggested mental disability, and it wouldn't be surprising; my oldest brother's son has asperger's, bloody brilliant and remembers tons of scientific and technicals details, and has even been allowed to teach his class some history before, but not much in the way of social skills, though he's more relaxed around family.

Well, whatever. Guess we'll see what happens.

In any case, I'm free of plushies, and yet already promised to do an art trade with someone. How do I always manage this crap?? xD
