Got pretty bored this morning, so I went through the Germany/Italy tag on pixiv! Fun stuff. So have some icons~ Mostly Germany/Italy with some stray Denmark, Sealand, France, Prussia, Canada, US & UK.
1. no credit is needed, but comment! it's fun!
2. these can be used as bases, but if you do please leave some part of the filename intact (if it's all numbers, that is) so people can still find the original pieces
3. to find the originals just plug the file name into the X's:

you do need a pixiv account to view the images, so if you don't have one I can just get the picture for you or you can get an account, english instructions are here.
