You know what I hate?
People bitching about how they want their country to be 'Hetalia-fied'. Just ask most of my ''friends'' at my school and the #1 answer will be:
I WANT MEXICO TO BE CANON. Sorry? What did you say?

I'm getting really really tired of people complaining that their favorite/birth country isn't in Hetalia. Get over it. I don't need you yelling about how Mexico will be the next country to be canon and then all will be right with the world. Until they get onto the next other thing that they can yell about or something. But anyways
Hetalia is about stereotypes and if you can't see that, get your brain checked. What do you think Himaruya will make Mexico? This badass who just happened to live in Spain's house and then badass-ering* his way to freedom? No. What does a regular person think of when they think of Mexico? Before I moved to America, I thought that Mexicans ate things like taco bell every day and had these big families but were really poor. Now, I know that's not the case irl, but you get the point. It's what people think when they don't know anything about the place.
Does this mean that you have to write a freaking petition to Hima to try and get your fav nation up? Hell no. He's the author, he can do whatever the hell he wants. Why should he listen to a little petition saying that so-and-so amount of fans will stop watching because of what he's not drawing? He's been licensed in America. That's the top of the world. You make money in America and you can party in your head forever.
I'm not saying you can't be angry about the lack of Africa-tans and whatnot. But please shut up about it once in a while. Please?
Personally, I'm in the Singapore boat. I really really really really want a Singapore-tan. But I'm not going to shove my hopes and dreams down your throat. Because looking at my family, Singapore-tan would probably be a young man who complains about everything and speaks Singlish everyday. That and he wouldn't speak proper English. Oh, my family <3.
