Hetalia-specific challenges!

You may have seen this mentioned in the discussion post, but I thought such a topic deserved a post of its own. I am getting to the end of my asylum and beginning to wonder what to do next. Poverty challenge? Nah, not fannish enough. Awesimsauce? Fun, but again, not fannish enough. Another asylum? And I realised what we need are Hetalia-specific ( Read more... )

Oooooh every time I tell myself I don't want Sims 3, I'm happy with 2, you link me to something fabulous! I may seriously have to start saving up to buy a PC capable of handling it. The rebellious trait looks perfect for America and if you make England a colony, he can have an imaginary friend! XD

You can control them when they become adults, yes. As adults they can booted out to become independent nations. And yes, taking control just to get them a job is fine too. I mean, in reality, plenty of parents get jobs for their children. Of course, actually making them go to work is all up to them. XD But yes, they must work or how will they pay their taxes?!

I want to do this one with America... and make him look after little England and France and Spain among others. The fights should be marvellous.

Aaaw, the second my computer breaks down again, something awesome comes up. D:

Too bad I can't play CDs on my Netbook.

There are... ways of playing without CDs. ;) Although if you do go down that route, check out Can You Run It first to see what it can handle.

Thank you. :) Is there any challenge in particular that sounds good?

Honestly I wanna play all of them except England's friends, even if it's a good idea I just don't like the supernatural sims much hahaha.
When I have the opportunity, I might play it as a double challenge: Russia and France at the same time - so one is moving them into the house and the other flirting them up, trying not to get the others jealous... pfff...

I haven't actually played with the supernaturals... at all, now I think about it, but I can see why they'd annoy. Especially witches. Witches freeze my game for ages whenever they show up and it's deeply irritating.
A double challenge sounds like chaos. Should be fun! XD

Haha, please do share how it goes! I dearly want to try it but I'm refusing to start anything new until I finish the asylum!

Oh, right, can I make England in my colony challenge a young adult? It's not the same as in the Sims 2, it's basically the same as an adult, except they have less wrinkles and age to adult instead of elderly. I think it makes sense since he's one in human age.

Yeah, that should be OK. I know the YA stage in Sims 2 is only for University, but if there's no such restrictions in Sims 3, go for it. :)
