Community Rules

Here are the rules for the community that all participants must read. Of course, they are up for suggestion and criticism. A lot of information, such as how to run group auctions/buys, are in separate helpful posts. These are just the raw "do/don't do this" rules.

Here are some other posts you may find helpful:

Uhm, I read the rules but I'm still not too sure on something.

Is it possible to make a post asking how people price APH doujinshi or ask for help pricing doujinshi? xD;

That sounds fine to me~ Asking for help regarding merchandise is quite welcome.

My apologies I took a few days to answer this. ;_;

Just a suggestion?

With rule 8 about the sales post must only contain Hetalia merchandise, can you please make it a bit more clear about the sales post only being able to contain Hetalia merchandise and if you want to link to general items, they have to be in a seperate post and not together with the Hetalia items please?

Even though I've read the rules, I misinterpreted it and thought it would be okay to have mixed items together as long as Hetalia merchandise dominated the sales post, and my friend and it seems other people seem to have misinterpreted it like that also? (by looking at the few new sales post which link to a single sales post with Hetalia AND other fandom merchandise) ^^;

To be honest, I thought I made it clear. Of course, that could've been my interpretation. The rule has the statements "Your post must only contain Hetalia merchandise" and "You may link a sales post containing non-Hetalia items in the guidelines or introduction of the Hetalia sales post". I'll add more emphasis to the post, but I honestly thought the first statement would've clearly indicated that the post was supposed to have Hetalia only.

I am sorry if I sound rude; I honestly don't mean to. I just am really, really confused. Was it the bold that threw you off? Was it the second sentence? I'll word it a bit better. I just want to know, so I can write rules a lot better in the future.

(EDIT: Shoot, it still sounds rude. I'm sorry. I've reworded it to make it sound better. I can understand how a lack of tone can make me sound more mean. I don't mean to disrespect you and I am glad you brought this up.)

[Not a problem! Your words were fine :)]

The part that I got rather confused with is the "You may link a sales post containing non-Hetalia items in the guidelines or introduction of the Hetalia sales post". Though the bold does state hetalia only items, the second line is where I got a bit confused? It did sort of read off as the general sales post cold contain other items. Though it could just be myeslf and my friend xD But you seem to have made it much clearer now, thank you and sorry for the trouble ^^;;

I would like to ask for some clarification. Are we allowed to sell fan-made goods besides doujinshi? For example, if I made keychains out of fan art that I had created for Hetalia, could I sell it here? Thank you for your time and help!

Fan-made goods are perfectly acceptable, just as long as they're Hetalia-based, of course.

Sorry, that is a post on a seller's own journal, thus we cannot delete it. You will have to ask the seller to delete it. However, you can just reply saying that you changed your mind or something. It doesn't have to be deleted, since you didn't commit to anything.
