A quick reminder about Outgoing Links and the Moderation Queue:
Some of you may notice that every once in a while, your post doesn't show up instantly! This is caused by LJ recognizing the post content as spam, and locking it up in the Moderation Queue to wait for approval.
It's usually a non-issue because our awesome diala is always checking her email-- but wouldn't it be easier to just bypass the queue in the first place?
You can do this by watching the URLs you include!
For pictures:
Consider re-uploading your images to a trusted site, like Photobucket, Imgur, Tinypic or even LJ's own scrapbook.
Linking pictures directly from webshops (Animate, eBay, Amazon) or DeviantArt will generally trigger the spam filter.
For links:
A lot of webshops like eBay, YJ, Animate, Movic, YesAsia, etc are totally fine, so this one's harder to really determine.
Some sites that have proven to trigger the filter so far include Tumblr (what?), My Anime Shelf, and Storenvy. So, when linking to your own content, do consider copypasting it to your post instead.
That said, this is only information, not a rule at all. The spam filter was set by LJ, not hetalia_sell, so you're under absolutely no obligation to actually follow these suggestions. If you need weird links, we will keep approving your posts! But if you need your posts to go up instantly, now you know how to avoid the wait~ :>
