[Question] Will the Wobbling Clip Charms Be Restocked?

Well, I missed my chance to get them when they came out so I was wondering if they will ever be restocked/rereleased like the rubber straps and one coins were. I know I can buy them individually on places like AnimeSekai and here, but I'd rather get them as a set since it's cheaper.
Since I'm posting anyway, I'd thought I'd also ask if you think the 2nd gen one coins will be release in early or late November. Any answer is appreciated.c: Mods can delete this or correct me if I did anything improperly.
