Not much help, but for whatever it's worth, I'm still checking the Nanja and Badge tags every single day in hopes of finding Estonia. I found Poland the other day, so it's looking like there's some hope for the rare ones coming back. If I see Latvia or Ukraine I'll definitely let you know~

I need to start checking for the badges again, but it's good to know I haven't missed either one recently. :D These Neko charms are impossible to find. I swear, before solphiia had them in her selling post, I really doubted they actually existed as really tangible objects. XD
