Yup. You pay when you place the preorder.
=w= That's how I bought my second Russia handtowel. Which FJ's a derp and forgot to put in the box it was marked for.

But luckily the timer thing's still nonexistant until the item shows up at FJ, so no worries about it forcing you to make a new box before then.

I was able to snag some decent pics (for auction sites at least) from Mbok and used it here, but I can't wait to see some really clear pics of them. I was really surprised to see that they redid the passport art and it's really adorable now. I love that they add a UFO to America's and a Mecha to Japan's XD
